Shipping/Return Policies

Before you place an order with us, here are some details that you may want to know.
New Launch Orders: If you placed an order during a new launch weekend, we will be working at lightning speed to get your order out to you. Please know, we are a small team of two, so please allow up to 2 weeks for all outstanding orders to be shipped due to HIGH volume. We appreciate your patience!
If you did not purchase during a launch weekend, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be packed up and shipped out. Once your order is picked up and scanned by our carrier, you will receive an email with tracking information. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed shipping.
PRE-ORDERS: Pre-orders are open for 1-2 weeks at a time unless specified otherwise. If you need to cancel your order, please cancel BEFORE the order time periods are closed. Once closed, pre-orders are non-refundable. Turn around time is 7-8 weeks from the closing date.
Lost Or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking indicates that your package is "delivered", we are not liable for any theft or missing mail incidents. Please get in touch with your local post office with any questions regarding next steps or to figure out what happened with your delivery.
Returns: You must notify us within 14 days from the delivery date*, as long as the item is in original condition (unwashed/unworn), with the tags still attached, and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping costs, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Due to the fast selling nature of our limited products, we can't guarantee what sizes/styles will still be available, but please email us for further details/questions at radlittlerebels@gmail.com
Damaged or Defective Items You must notify us of damaged or defective items within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a replacement or refund. Please email us at radlittlerebels@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect and we are happy to help!
